CRM Vendor Release Notes

Week of October 5–11, 2026
Top line

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Oct 8

30 pre-built CRM skills for Copilot

  • 30 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights skills: GA in Copilot Cowork, available through the Frontier program for Code, and in private preview for Autopilot. They're backed by 180+ GA Dynamics 365 tools.
  • Sales skills cover at-risk deals, pipeline prioritization, competitive strategy, and account plans that update CRM fields. Service skills cover case triage, answer research, and grounded reply drafts. The skills also work in custom agents.
Why it matters: Dynamics customers get CRM actions inside Microsoft 365 Copilot without building every workflow themselves.
Oct 8

Sales Development Agent (public preview), CRM in Teams (public preview), Service Agent

  • Sales Development Agent researches prospects, personalizes outreach, handles follow-ups, and qualifies opportunities before handing them to a seller. Frontier enablement is still required until Nov 16. Microsoft says its own team doubled lead-to-opportunity conversion from 9% to 18% Vendor claim.
  • Dynamics 365 context now shows up in Teams channels tied to accounts. Service Agent in Microsoft 365 (Frontier) helps account teams resolve customer issues from Outlook, Teams, and Office apps.
Why it matters: Microsoft is bringing an AI SDR into the core CRM. Watch the billing and spending-policy setup due before Nov 16.

Creatio

Oct 8

Creatio 10.1 Unlimited

  • The AI coding agents in its app development toolkit now build more of an app from natural-language requests: workplaces, desktops and home pages, dashboards with role visibility, widgets, and page- and object-level business rules.
  • AI-generated pivot tables: describe the analysis and the agent configures the widget (groupings, aggregates, calculated fields, date grouping, filters).
  • Full technical details are in the 10.1 changelog.
Why it matters: admins can customize CRM apps by describing what they want instead of configuring designers by hand.
Oct 8

AI Studio update

  • Dictate messages to AI Twin and in agent test chats. Agent changes are saved as drafts and only deploy when you ask.
  • Agents can use skills in realtime voice conversations. MCP integrations show tool status per environment. Run and session metrics are shown in AI credits.
Why it matters: more control over when agents go live, and clearer usage costs.

Octolane

Oct 5

Meet Octo

  • Introduced Octo as the identity of its AI notetaker and meeting agent.
Oct 6

Octo meeting agent live for all 1,200+ customers

  • Joins calls openly, labels speakers, and updates deals, drafts follow-ups, and logs next steps while the call is still going.
Why it matters: CRM updates happen during the call, not after it.
Oct 7

Agentic command center

  • Navigation rebuilt around starting agents and reviewing what they did.
Oct 8

Agent interface v2

  • Drop in large files (CSVs, PDFs, transcripts) and connect apps in one click, starting with Claude.
~Oct 10

Routines

  • Sales-process skills you run with slash commands or on a schedule: /today, /meeting-prep, /due-followups, /objection-email, /crm-catch-up, plus custom routines written in plain English.
  • CEO cites 74% on the Superhuman PMF test Claim.
Why it matters: repeatable sales playbooks run by the agent instead of reps.

Day AI

Oct 6

Microsoft support and more

  • Outlook 365 Mail, Outlook 365 Calendar, and Microsoft Teams MCP connectors (beta).
  • .xlsx uploads in chat, notification settings for agent upgrade requests, Sendoso connector (beta), and a "Surprise Me" skill.
  • Syncs Slack bot and app messages (e.g. Gong and Salesforce alerts), transcript phrase search, and editable org logos.
Why it matters: Day AI was Google-only, which kept it out of many enterprises. That barrier is gone.
Oct 6

Agent Grader

  • Founder Christopher O'Donnell launched a free tool that benchmarks your AI agents in under 5 minutes.

Lightfield

Oct 9

Granola sync, Sequences API, pinned fields

  • Granola API sync for individual and team meetings, matched automatically to calendar events and CRM records.
  • Sequences API is live: create and manage sequences, enroll contacts, check status, and track performance.
  • Pin any field to a record's main column. Also: group list views by owner, secondary sort, faster tables, an agent visibility toggle, and better suggested tasks.
Why it matters: meeting notes reach the CRM without copy-paste, and outbound can be automated from code.
Oct 8

Research: agent-built classifiers

  • Co-founder Keith Peiris shared research where classifiers built by agents matched fine-tuned models on six tasks. He says the approach is coming to Lightfield.

Clarify

Oct 9

Weekly ship notes

  • Filter the activity feed by type, with faster loads.
  • Skill sharing now available in all workspaces.
  • Campaign test emails can go to up to 3 teammates, using their own details.
  • Request-access flow for private meetings and emails.
  • Rep (the AI agent) is more reliable in long chats and can add or remove campaign recipients.
  • Zoom bots no longer linger between back-to-back calls.
Why it matters: steady quality-of-life fixes for daily users.

Breakcold

Oct 6

Async payment webhook events

Oct 6

POST /cross-region/nylas-grant-ownership endpoint

  • Shows which workspace owns a set of email grants.
Oct 11

Oct 7

HubSpot

Oct 6

Hosted domains move to TLS 1.2 minimum on Oct 14

  • An automatic update for accounts still set to TLS 1.0 or 1.1. No action needed.
Why it matters: a small heads-up for admins. HubSpot's big Fall 2026 Spotlight / UNBOUND release came out in mid-September, outside this week.

Aurasell

Oct 6

GTM2026 recap (no product release)

Claims
  • CEO claims 67 agents supporting 4 reps, 70 new logos, and a $10M ARR run rate.
